One of our most recent hacks in our quest for near perfect meat substitutes: The Vegetarian Butcher’s NoMeatballs. Not only do your diners get to bite into juicy meat that’s plant-based, the meatball texture of the NoMeatballs is also like the real thing.Great meatballs for BBQ or heat them in a tomato sauce to serve with pasta. Made with soy protein meat, these guilt-free meatballs are also delicious with pasta, fries, rice or bread or just as a stand-alone snack.

Set included:

• No Meatballs x 400g
• De Cecco Spaghetti #N12 x 500g
• 1 x Violife Vegan Mozzarella Grated (200g)
• 1 x Beerenberg Caramelized Onion (280g)
• 1 x Mutti Tomato Finely Chopped (400g)
• 1 x Mutti Tomato Puree Bottle (700g)
• 1 x Farm Origin Sunflower Oil First Pressed (850ml)

Optional

• Minced/Thinly sliced Garlic
• Finely chopped Yellow Onion
• Black Pepper
• Salt
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Plant Based No Meatballs Pasta Set Recipe:

Preparing No Meatballs

• Prepare a pot of water and bring to boil
• Add in Frozen No Meatballs into boiling water for about 1 minute
• Drained and set aside for use

Preparing Sauce

• Add 3-4 tablespoons of FarmOrigin First Pressed Sunflower Oil to a big pot and bring up to heat
• Fragrance Minced/sliced Garlic & Finely Chopped Yellow Onion (Optional) to oil
• Add in 1 can of Mutti Tomato Finely Chopped, 1 bottle of Mutti Tomato Puree into pot & (120g-140g) of Beerenberg Caramelized Onion & stir gently
• Add in Black pepper & Salt for taste

Preparing Spaghetti/Pasta

• Add De cceco Spaghetti into boiling water with salt added
• Cook Spaghetti to about 80% cooked (Al dente)
• Add in cooked Spaghetti & cooked No Meatball into Sauce and slow cook (low heat) for about 5-7 mins
• Stir occasionally

Plating

• Twirl Spaghetti with a fork against a spoon onto a plate
• Top Spaghetti with No Meatballs
• Add some Violife Vegan Mozzarella Grated to Pasta
• Black Pepper for additional taste
