Angus Truffle Patty Burger

Ingredients

Angus Truffle Patty (Thaw overnight)
Sliced tomato
Sliced gherkins
Red cheddar slices
Sliced onion
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Broiche Burger Bun

Methods

1. Pre-heat the pan with oil
2. High heat to sear both side of Angus Truffle Patty
3. Medium heat to cook to the preferred doneness
4. Spread some mayonnaise on the bun
5. Layer on lettuce, patty, cheese, pickles, tomatoes, onions on brioche burger bun
