Wasabi Prawn

Ingredients

Pre-packed Wasabi prawn
Marinated Tiger Prawns 20pcs
Flour
Wasabi sauce
Egg yolk 1 pcs
Tobiko orange 2 tsp

Methods

1. Slit open the back of the prawn (do not wash)
2. Marinate prawn with egg yolk
3. Mix with flour
4. Deep fry in 180oC for 3 – 5 mins (not too long)
5. Add in wasabi sauce into the prawn, mix well
6. Add in tobiko orange, mix well
7. Garnish with tobiko orange
